Great protest action on coal exports

Our snap protest outside the hotel where Trade Minister Simon Crean today signed a deal to export $400m of brown coal from Victoria to Vietnam was a rousing success. Crean hand difficulty getting form his car to the hotel doors and there was great media coverage, including at least 3 evening TV news services.

Our message was clear that this was the Gillard government's first climate test and it had failed.
